Their illegal mexicans are doing VERY shitty jobs in a rush. Leaving construction trash and lunch garbage everywhere, like it's a total dumping grounds. We reported it to the sheriff'soffice but the issue persists. Not to mention that everyone has MASSIVE PROBLEMS with their houses. They were notified of an expensive one by me and my spouse via certified mail and never did anything about it, despite it being THEIR created issue. Despite it only being a few months old. An attorney that we contacted is requiring a $5,000 retainer to help but believes he truly can. But that's very steep. Do some due dilligence. Knock on a residents door and kindly say you're thinking about buying in the neighborhood. Judge their face and it wont be a happy one, it will likely be one of fear or saddness. But they will not gladly unload on your dreams so getting the truth out will take some work. GOOD LUCK!!
